Unleash the power of bold, expressivewatercolour in this fun and dynamic one-day workshop.
Using wet-in-wet techniques, loose brushwork, and a healthy dose of creative freedom, we’ll strike the
perfect balance between theory and spontaneity, exploring how these approaches work together for maximum impact.
Whether you follow along with my demos or bring your own favourite subjects, this workshop is all about striking contrasts, dramatic lighting, and pushing toward looser, freer painting.
If that sounds a bit daunting, don’t worry! Designed for anyone with some watercolour experience (though not ideal for absolute beginners), this workshop offers gentle guidance through demonstrations, small exercises, and a bit of pre-planning, setting you up for success to create a bold, expressive half-sheet watercolour—all while having a lot of fun!
